10. Procedure for distributing fund amount:

(1) Fund amount will be provided to the district level natural calamity committee or any other body to spend it for the purpose as per rule 4.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the funds shall be made available as deemed reasonable by the committee, taking into account the intensity and extent of the natural calamity, the amount available in the fund and the justification of the expenditure.

(3) Sub-rule ( When providing funds according to 1) or (2), the committee will make the recommendations of the Central Disaster Relief Committee and the District Disaster Relief Committee a basis.
